Kanazawa's Kitchen The kitchen of Kanazawa! I went to Omimachi Market. It was very crowded at lunch time, and the benefit of the Hokuriku Shinkansen bullet train was so obvious. The opening of the Shinkansen line has been used effectively for urban development. Speaking of Omimachi Market, we went to the Omimachi Ichiba Sushi Restaurant! I enjoyed a limited lunch set! There are still more restaurants famous for their seafood bowls and other specialties. I am looking forward to my next visit to Omimachi Market.
