I wanted to eat delicious eel, so I invited a friend to join me for dinner. This time, we had the Nagayaki Gozen. A whole eel was generously placed on the plate, and it was very hearty. The outside was crispy and the inside was soft and fluffy. Although the eel had a lot of fat, it had a light soy sauce-based flavor that was not too strong.
