This place is convenient because you can park your car right in front of the entrance. Upon entering, the counter is directly in front of you, and the wooden tables on the left and right have a pleasant texture, making the space feel tidy. The signature beef with rice has a savory soy sauce aroma and a hint of pepper that stimulates the appetite, and the large pieces of beef are surprisingly tender. The colorful Uncle salad features leafy greens sprinkled with nuts and dried fruits, and the refreshing dressing enhances the sweetness of the vegetables. The ginger sauce with eggplant and chicken has a crispy skin and melting eggplant that pair perfectly, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. Since all the dishes are focused on organic ingredients, I felt my body rejoicing by the time I finished eating.
