The coffee asks for your preferred strength, and it pairs perfectly with both shiratama zenzai and cappuccino. In a quiet atmosphere, you can relax comfortably at any seat. The rice dish made with seasonal ingredients is fluffy and very delicious. Each dish is handmade, and you can distinctly taste the sweetness of the radish and the aroma of the maitake mushrooms. The egg dishes are smooth, and I felt that the finish is something you can't replicate at home. The desserts and sweet red bean soup have a gentle sweetness that pairs well with coffee. The coffee is brewed according to your preferred strength, allowing you to leisurely enjoy it in a calm space.
