The interior is more open and calming than one might imagine from the exterior. The hamburger bursts with juices the moment it is cut, and the sweetness of the onions and the sauce blend perfectly, making it very juicy. The fried shrimp has a light batter and a firm texture inside, and can be enjoyed with either tartar sauce or other sauces. The moment of cutting into the fluffy omelet is delightful, and it pairs excellently with the gentle demi-glace. The gratin made with rice flour contains bacon and lotus root, creating an interesting and deliciously unusual combination. After the meal, I was able to slowly enjoy self-service coffee or tea, leaving me very satisfied.
