The financier is filled with gurgling fruit and pureed dough, and the aroma is enhanced. All the financiers have a wonderful flavor, from the concentrated sweetness of the apple to the deep taste of the marron. The praline and melon of the Ginza millefeuille are chocolate coated, and the combination with the not-too-sweet cream is superb. The strawberry was light, but I felt it could have used a little more strawberry flavor. The ice cream also had a fruitiness to it, and all were so delicious that it was hard to choose the flavor I liked best.
