In a calm space with a handmade feel, you can enjoy your meal slowly. Each plate has a variety of side dishes served in small portions, providing a good balance of nutrition and preventing boredom. The vegetables finished under pressure retain their beautiful shape, are very tender, and are infused with flavor. The chewy texture of the rice with barley is pleasant, and the soup has the deliciousness of green onions and sea lettuce, which is comforting. I particularly enjoyed the gratin with tofu and mentaiko, the oil-simmered mushrooms, and the croquettes with smooth white sauce. It seems that the menu changes monthly, and it can also be enjoyed as a cafe that offers cooking classes.
