In a small shop located in a traditional shopping street, the atmosphere of the Showa era is well preserved. When you sit at the counter, the owner greets you with a smile, and you can relax right away. The grilled chicken is served on slightly longer skewers than usual, and the well-grilled meat is satisfying to eat. The specialty, the loach skewer, is well soaked in a sweet and spicy sauce, and surprisingly fluffy, with the bones not being too bothersome. Enjoying it with a bottle of Kirin beer enhances the aroma and brings a happy feeling. You can clearly understand why this taste and warmth, passed down for over 50 years, has been loved for so long.
