It's fun to grind sesame seeds in a mortar and mix the sauce, and the aroma is very pleasant. The cabbage, miso soup, and rice can be refilled, providing a sense of satisfaction. Two types of dressings are prepared, and the black vinegar raw type is particularly refreshing and delicious. The plum shiso rolls have a refreshing flavor, with myoga and okra adding a nice texture. When enjoyed with ponzu, it can be eaten even more lightly, and you can also enjoy the shrimp tempura. There are both tatami and table seating, and the interior is spacious and relaxing.
