I stopped by a calm soba restaurant located on the second floor of a building directly connected to the station. The interior, with wooden tables and raised seating, has a nostalgic atmosphere that is comforting. The soba served in a three-tiered basket was smooth and had a light texture that was pleasant. The dipping sauce was aromatic, and when diluted with the soba broth at the end, a sweetness spread gently. The freshly fried tempura had a crispy batter, allowing the flavors of the vegetables and shrimp to shine. With the attentive service of the cheerful staff, it is a wonderful place to enjoy a leisurely meal.
