Upon entering a small shop located on a narrow street in a residential area, a homely atmosphere immediately envelops you. The dishes prepared by the couple range widely from Thai cuisine to Japanese, Western, and Chinese, and I was surprised by the authentic flavors. In particular, the gigantic fresh spring rolls were as thick as an arm, and with each bite, the aroma of herbs spread, making it more than enough to share among everyone. The Tom Yum Goong and Pad Thai were also well-spiced yet easy to eat, and I couldn't put my chopsticks down. The self-service style of grabbing drinks from the refrigerator was casual, making it feel like being invited to a friend's house. It was a strangely addictive comfort, allowing you to relax while watching the goldfish.
