This shop is located within a facility that has a shark museum, making it easy to drop in. The parking lot is spacious, so visiting by car is worry-free. The variety of tuna rice bowls is exciting just to look at the menu. The bowl with three types of tuna—bluefin, albacore, and negitoro—pairs well with the vinegared rice and is quite satisfying. The shiso leaves under the fish provide a nice accent, and when you add wasabi and soy sauce, the aftertaste is refreshing. The simmered swordfish and the miso soup with a good texture from the seaweed are also delicious, leaving me very satisfied.
