While waiting and looking at the menu on the wall, you feel relieved as they quietly place a cold tea in front of you. Here, you can also grill your own food, and if you ask, the staff will skillfully grill it for you. The batter includes green onions, tempura scraps, and pickled ginger, and if you have the noodles placed on top without frying, it results in a light finish. The outcome is crispy on the outside, moist and soft on the inside, and pairs excellently with the sauce. In a clean and refreshing interior, you can leisurely enjoy a style unique to the local area.
