There are various original ramen dishes, and it's fun to choose. The offal ramen has a rich seafood flavor and a strong garlic taste, and the offal is tender and melts in your mouth. It is served in a cast iron pot, so it stays steaming hot and satisfying until the end. The noodles are medium-thin and curly, which pair well with the soup, providing a pleasant texture. The green onion and salt dumplings have a chewy handmade skin, and the savory flavor of the meat spreads in your mouth. The seasoning is well done, so you can enjoy them as they are.
