There are counter seats and table seats, creating a calm atmosphere. There are many regular customers, and the staff is friendly, so even first-timers can quickly feel at home. The tender offal has no odor at all, and the sweetness of the fat is irresistible. The flow of enjoying the teppanyaki first and then moving on to the hot pot is enjoyable, and the changes in flavor are exciting. The soup, infused with the umami of garlic chives and cabbage, is perfect when you add noodles or rice at the end. Spending time consulting with the staff while looking at the abundant menu posted on the wall is also fulfilling.
