I was drawn in by the charcoal smoke rising from a small window along the road. The aroma of grilled food wafted through the air, and I couldn't stop my appetite from the very first bite. Each skewer was generously sized, and I was delighted by how juicy they were on the inside. The contrast between the crunchy texture of the skin and tongue and the soft texture of the liver and thigh was enjoyable. The thick, sweet and spicy sauce clung well, and combined with the savory aroma, it created a deliciousness that lingered. The takeout container with a paper cup and lid prevented any sauce from spilling, and the moment I poured it generously onto a plate at home was pure happiness.
