You can buy your ticket at the machine at the entrance and then be shown to your seat. The cold water is self-service, and paper aprons and sauce plates are provided, which is reassuring. You can take as much rice, salad, and soup as you like, making it very enjoyable. The meat is served rare, and it's nice that you can adjust it to your preferred level of doneness. You can enjoy a variety of sauces, including shikwasa ponzu and salt and pepper, to change up the flavors. The meat is tender and easy to cut, and you can choose additional meat, which is satisfying.
