Located in the mountains where the countryside spreads out, the air and scenery are pleasant. The interior of the well-maintained old house has a style where you take off your shoes before entering, and a large painting on the wall catches the eye. The one-plate Nepali meal features small portions of dal, today's curry, greens, and achar, making it enjoyable. The flavors are not too strong, with a gentle taste that allows each flavor to be distinctly appreciated, making it very delicious. You can choose between fragrant rice and another type of rice, and mixing them provided a good balance of aroma and texture. The meal concludes with a tea or chai infused with spices, leaving a gentle aftertaste.
