The cold soba with a firm texture goes down smoothly and is the best. The thicker, hegi-soba style noodles are elastic, and I felt a stronger texture compared to what I've had in the city. The two-tiered serving in a basket is visually enjoyable, and I feel excited every time I open it. The shrimp tempura is large and plump, and the vegetable tempura is crispy, making it hard to stop eating. When combined with rice bowls like oyakodon, it comes with pickles, adding to the volume and filling me up. In the evening, it was relatively relaxed, allowing me to enjoy delicious soba in a calm atmosphere.
