The soba made with spring water from Kururi has a very clear taste and is easy to slurp. The thin, white noodles slide down smoothly, and when you bite into them, a savory flavor spreads. The duck dipping sauce has a hint of yuzu fragrance, and the meat is moist and tender. You can also enjoy the rich soba broth, leaving you feeling satisfied until the end. There is a tatami room in the back of the shop, decorated with old tools, creating a calming atmosphere. You can hear the sound of spring water from the back of the premises, and there is parking space, making it easy to stop by.
