In a calm atmosphere inside the restaurant, you can pleasantly savor handmade-like soba. The noodles are thin and have a nice chewiness, while the dipping sauce is refreshing with a moderate aroma of bonito. The sakura shrimp are perfectly fried one by one, and when paired with grated daikon, the fragrance spreads gently. The tempura is freshly fried, and you can enjoy shrimp, bell peppers, shiitake mushrooms, pumpkin, and eggplant. The zaru set comes with pickles and a small serving of chilled tofu, and in the end, you can relax with soba broth. It was comfortable, and there was a satisfying feeling typical of a local soba shop.
