The moment I entered the restaurant, I was excited by the aroma of charcoal and the lively atmosphere. The dipping sauce was rich and had a wonderful balance of smokiness and meat juices. In particular, the fluffy tsukune and the chewy white offal were unforgettable in their deliciousness. The chicken breast was moist and tender, wrapped in skin, making me want to order more. The counter was lined with rare whiskeys and sake, which made pairing them enjoyable. In this lively space, I was excited to see what would come next, and I enjoyed every bite until the end.
