This is a small Italian restaurant located in a quiet residential area, with a comfortable interior that is not overly decorated. They use local seafood and vegetables that they grow themselves, allowing for a strong umami flavor. Each dish has a gentle saltiness, allowing the quality of the ingredients to shine through. The flavors are calming, making you smile with each bite. The wine selection is extensive, and the sommelier's suggestions are spot on, pairing perfectly with the dishes. Even the coffee after the meal is served with care, making for a wonderful experience where you can enjoy a perfect balance until the very end.
