The store is small, but it's fun to see the cooking process from the counter. The grilled fish, with its fragrant charcoal aroma, is particularly impressive, with thick flesh that is satisfying to eat. The set meals come with small side dishes and miso soup, allowing for a variety of flavors that leave you satisfied. The gyoza set meal also has a homemade feel, with a comforting taste. Among the a la carte dishes, the tuna with sake lees and cream cheese, as well as the firefly squid marinated in soy sauce, are perfect. You can feel the careful craftsmanship of the shop and the subtle ingenuity, making it a comfortable place to be.

You can see a spacious kitchen beyond the counter, which is clean and feels nice. The roasted chicken is crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, allowing you to enjoy its aroma. The offal simmered in clear broth has a nice ginger flavor, leaving a light aftertaste. The set meals include grilled fish and dumplings, and each small dish is carefully prepared, providing a sense of satisfaction. The handmade dressings and sauces, as well as the creative snacks, all have a gentle flavor. The finishing soup is very delicious and comforting.
