Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted by the aroma of spices and colorful decorations, which made me feel excited. In the kitchen, I could see an authentic tandoor oven, and the freshly baked naan was impressively soft and fluffy. The variety of curries was very rich, and I could choose the spiciness from mild to very hot, making it easy to suit my preferences. I chose two types: keema and shrimp, and opted for medium spiciness, where the balance of spices and umami was exquisite. The gulab jamun I had after the meal was gently sweet, soaking in syrup, and I could easily enjoy it even after the curry. The staff spoke Japanese well and kindly explained the menu, and I felt that it was a comfortable restaurant with a spacious tatami room and parking available.
