The variety of dishes is very rich, and just looking at the menu makes me excited. The sashimi was thick and fatty, melting in my mouth. The crispy burdock salad had an excellent combination of aroma and dressing, making it hard to stop eating. The beef tongue carpaccio was impressive with the fragrance of sesame oil and the crunchiness of the green onions. With options like fried oysters and ajillo, there is a good mix of Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisines, making it easy to cater to everyone's preferences in a group. The presentation was stylish, and it was so delicious that I couldn't help but reach for it before taking a photo.
