The menu has one basic option, which makes it easy to choose and I'm happy about it 😸 You can add either grilled steamed vegetables or dessert after the meal. Of course, I added it 😊 The hamburgers come in three pieces, each weighing 80g. Two are finely ground and one is coarsely ground. Both are delicious and I finished them in no time 😋 There are plenty of condiments, which makes me happy. The Shinshu miso soup was also very delicious‼️ I had seconds of rice, of course 😋 I would like to go there again 🩷 Thank you for the meal 🙏

It was a wonderful restaurant. The Yamagata beef hamburgers come out at different times in the order of finely ground, coarsely ground, and finely ground, always warm and with several different and inventive flavors. The closing thing (curry) was also delicious. And the customer service is pleasant, so I am a confirmed repeat customer.

The vegetables in the appetizer, the hamburger steak, and the closing thing were all delicious and very satisfying! The hamburgers had lots of condiments, especially the grated ponzu and onion sauce! The staff was also very nice, cheerful and very friendly! And I knew the owner from a long time ago. I hadn't seen him in 5 years, but I was happy to see that he remembered me! (I didn't know that until I came to the store...!) (I didn't know that until I came to the restaurant!) It was so nice to see the passion that he had for traveling around the country in his kitchen car! I will go back again!

The fact that you can grill your own hamburger is a bit novel. However, what bothered me more than anything was that, even though we were still eating, the staff started cleaning up the tables and the kitchen. (We were the last two customers.) It felt as if they were saying, 'Hurry up and leave!' They must have traveled around the country and gained various experiences, but it seems they can't think from the customer's perspective. It's efficient, but I think it would be better to do that after the customers have left. It left a very unpleasant impression. I probably won't go there again!
