As I passed through the entrance, a bright and stylish interior unfolded, allowing me to easily take a seat even alone. With a focus on the counter, I could relax while watching the cooking process. When I ordered items like green onion skewers, meatballs, heart, skin, and liver, the aroma of charcoal and the perfect cooking brought out the freshness of the ingredients. It seems that the liver sashimi is served based on the condition of the day, which reflects their commitment to quality. The drink selection is rich in sweet potato shochu, and there are also options like plum wine, allowing for enjoyment according to personal preference. The clientele was quiet, and I was able to spend a soothing time enjoying the aroma of charcoal.
