Kichijoji Hi-Paul's ✳︎Sardine rolled in dried laver ✳︎ Ham cutlet ✳︎Spasara ✳︎Tanuki tofu ✳︎Natto shirasu ✳︎Ika ring Hi-Garasu (Hotel) is located right in front of the entrance to Kichijoji Hotel New York. You can enjoy exquisite and excellent snacks and delicious heated sake from the west, such as Tamasakura and Benten Musume line ♡. I miss Spasara! It's been a couple of years since I've been here, but once again, Hi-Garasu was very nice, and since it starts at 4:00 p.m., isn't it great for a 0th party on a weekday off? I'd love to go back 🍶. I have lived in this area for 12 years since I moved to Tokyo, but I have never been in Hotel New York. It's old and scary, like a horned mansion... but I guess it's normal inside 🏨.

The name of the restaurant reads "Hotel" in the popular izakaya (Japanese-style pub) located in the love hotel district of Kichijocho. I'm at the age where I want to say a couple of hotel-related stories, but I'll weigh myself a little on the WWW. This week's fried rice (steamed chicken fried rice) Reading other people's posts, there may or may not have been green peas in it. It's a matter of life and death for me as I don't like green peas, but I was relieved that I couldn't find any green color in the fried rice of a stranger who was eating at the next table the week I went there. Fried rice meat is kind of like char siu pork or ham, but steamed chicken is fascinating. As you can see, the volume of the dish is quite large, but the amount of ingredients is not to be outdone! There are a lot of eggs and of course steamed chicken. The flavor is so strong that it made me thirsty, but there is a barley tea server on the table, so I just poured it down my throat. It was delicious. Next time, of course, I will order a large portion. Sardine rolled in dried laver This is a signature dish of this restaurant. As the name suggests, it is a rolled sardine with seaweed, and the impression one gets when taking a bite is that the vinegar is too strong. However, the watery cucumber and the ginger, which removes the smell peculiar to blue fish, are just right. The visual appeal of a single piece of this dish is enough to make it a picture-perfect dish, so it is no wonder that not only first-time customers but also regulars order it. Hotechan-yaki The fried hormone with miso and egg yolk is a little seasoned, but the taste becomes milder by mixing it with the egg yolk. The special sauce was a perfect match with the green onions and cabbage. Oyadori Chicken Thigh Grill (limited to 3 servings) The texture of the chicken is crispy, and the salt and pepper are very effective. Ham cutlet I think it is a very ordinary ham cutlet, but since three kinds of sauces were served, I tried to compare them. Other dishes included seared liver, spasara, grated baby sardines, and nameko mushroom sushi rolls. The interior of the restaurant is bright and the staff is friendly, so I was impressed by the number of women and one-woman customers.
