I heard it was popular in the area, so I casually stopped by in my car. The interior has table seating, a large communal table, and tatami seating, creating a relaxed atmosphere. It seems to be run by a family, and the warm hospitality is comforting. They boil or fry the food after you order, so the noodles and tempura are served fresh and aromatic. The thin soba noodles have a great texture, and they pair perfectly with the mild duck dipping sauce. At the end, when I poured in the soba broth and drank it all, I felt completely satisfied both in my stomach and my heart.
