The staff's guidance is friendly, making it easy to start the meal pleasantly from the beginning. In addition to the classic nigiri, there are creatively crafted sushi using mountain ingredients, and it's great that you can order from just one piece. The visually vibrant Hita sushi, with its combination of vegetables and fruits, pairs well with the vinegared rice and can be enjoyed in bite-sized pieces. The takana rolls have a pleasant texture with yam and natto, and they are delicious even on their own. The nigiri toppings are large and fresh, complemented by fluffy rice and a hint of wasabi, along with the enjoyment of hot chawanmushi, soup, and dessert.
