A hamburger shop in Kamikomachi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo. The owner had trained in Nagasaki and Sasebo, so expectations were high. The owner of the burger shop was trained in Nagasaki and Sasebo, so my expectations were high. This time, I ordered a mozzarella cheeseburger. The aromatic smell of the patties being grilled dominated the not so spacious interior, and even Mr. Hakusan couldn't help but feel a little jealous. The burger that arrived was huge, with a fluffy bun, a well-done patty, onions, lettuce, tomatoes, and lots of other ingredients. The bun was made with no preservatives, which I liked the best. I was very satisfied with the burger with homemade sauce. Delicious.
