I enjoyed the atmosphere of being able to relax while waiting, with a view of the Pacific Ocean from my seat by the window. They focus on local fish, and just looking at the 'Fish of the Day' on the whiteboard lifts my spirits. The sashimi set meal features a variety of fish such as sea bream, flounder, and flatfish, all fresh and delicious with the rice. The simmered fish, with its thick white meat, pairs wonderfully with the gently sweet broth, making it very tasty. The fried horse mackerel, lightly battered and moist inside, and the dish of monkfish meat and skin also left a strong impression. The cooking method enhances the natural flavors of the ingredients, making the fish stand out, and it's no surprise that there is a line to get in.
