This hidden gem located on the first floor of a building almost made me pass by the entrance the first time I visited. The signature dish, jujutsu-yaki, is incredibly exciting as the sauce spreads out on the hot iron plate. The combination of the refreshing onion-based sauce, pork, cabbage, and raw egg is rich yet has a light aftertaste, making the rice go down easily. The other dish I had, the po-don, features perfectly grilled salmon and a side salad that pairs excellently, offering a uniqueness that is hard to find elsewhere. The curry topped with plenty of eggplant has just the right amount of spice, and the soft-boiled egg is a highlight, providing satisfying volume. The interior has a calm atmosphere, and the staff are friendly, making it the perfect place to enjoy delicious food casually.
