The entrance is a bit hard to find, but once you step inside, a wonderful aroma of grilled food fills the air. When you pour spicy miso sauce over the fluffy okonomiyaki, which is said to have been trained in Osaka, it enhances the richness and makes it hard to stop eating. The modern-yaki, which combines thicker noodles, is substantial and satisfying. The menu also features a variety of grilled dishes like salted chicken thighs and chicken neck with ponzu, all of which are delicious and pair well with drinks. You can casually chat with the owner over the counter, making it a comfortable place even for solo diners. The interior, which has tatami seating and tables, is lively and enveloped in the savory aroma typical of the Kansai region, bringing a sense of happiness.
