The shumai, made with domestically sourced ground pork and finished with scallop broth and Okinawan brown sugar, enhances the meat's umami flavor. The retro atmosphere of the restaurant features a mix of American antiques, allowing you to enjoy your meal in a relaxed setting. During the day, you can have it as a set with Chinese noodles, and at night, you can enjoy izakaya dishes paired with Taiwanese beer or their original highball.

It's a casual atmosphere where you can drop in near the station. The set meals come with various small dishes, making it fun to eat. The Chinese noodles have a strong flavor of kelp and dried sardines, and the clear soy sauce soup is just right. It’s topped with cabbage and boiled pork belly, making it light and easy to eat. The specialty shumai has a fragrant taste of ginger and scallops, with a rich meat flavor and perfect steaming. You can add rice, and it pairs well with drinks, providing a high level of satisfaction.

It's a place that you can reach in just a few minutes from the station, making it easy to drop in. The homemade shumai is packed with meat and has a substantial size, with the aroma of freshly steamed dumplings being irresistible. The fragrance of ginger and the umami of scallops spread out, providing great satisfaction. The Chinese soba has a refreshing soy sauce base, with the gentle flavors of kelp and seafood. The thin, slightly curly noodles blend well with the soup and can be eaten smoothly. Boiled cabbage, menma, green onions, nori, and boiled pork instead of chashu all come together nicely, along with small side dishes and pickles, creating a harmonious overall experience.

The course includes a wide variety of dishes such as our signature handmade shaomai (Chinese dumplings), Vietnamese-style fried spring rolls, green onion cakes popular at Taiwanese food stalls, and Hakata tonkotsu yaki ramen (fried pork bone). You can enjoy all-you-can-drink beverages for 120 minutes, including Kaku highballs as well as draft beer, and even after the all-you-can-drink time is over, there is no limit to the time you can stay until the restaurant closes.
