Reservations can be easily made through the website, and it's reassuring even for first-timers. Once seated, they serve tea, and the time spent waiting while watching the cooking process is enjoyable. The guidance and explanations from the staff are thorough, and their cheerful service is heartwarming. The rice from Mikasa is fluffy and shiny, and it's great that you can have as much as you want. There are many small dishes, the tempura has a light and crispy batter, and the dashi rolled omelet is fragrant with dashi and finely textured, which made me very satisfied. The miso soup made with local miso and seasonal fish convey a sense of connection to the region, warming my heart with each dish.
