I have to learn how to make soba noodles... Hot, hot day On this day, the restaurant we had our sights set on was closed... The sun was shining so hard... I couldn't stay outside any longer! I thought to myself, "I can't stay outside any longer! I thought of that and came to the restaurant! A local restaurant where you can enjoy authentic buckwheat noodles! I have rarely had soba at a soba restaurant... The restaurant is a short 5-minute walk from Higashimikuni Station. It is located in a residential area. I have been curious about this restaurant since it was first opened, but I never thought I would come here alone... Inside the restaurant, there are tables and a counter. There are tables and a counter, and many locals come to the restaurant. Staring at the menu... I was thinking that the overall price is a little high... I decided on the Touya dim sum, limited to 10 servings, for 1,500 yen. grilled miso or rice with jako (baby sardines), chilled chilled soba noodles, sweet First, the oguchidori was brought out! Hors-d'oeuvres were pike conger eel with ume plum paste, duck with Tasmanian mustard, and refreshing bitter gourd. Although small, they were delicious! Jako-meshi rice is crunchy and goes well with rice! The kombu tsukudani (tsukudani boiled down in soy sauce and kelp) was so delicious that I wanted to eat more rice. After a delay, the zarusoba appeared! It is dipped in a rather thick soup stock. Well, it is delicious, but the aroma of soba noodles? It's just like this! I have a strong impression of the thick otsuyu sauce. Soba water was also served, but I don't know where to pour it (sweat). I'm going to study it more carefully. A woman who understands Soba is wonderful, isn't she? I'm sorry that I'm the one who evaluated it! But I'm glad that there is a soba restaurant near here! I will use it from now on!
