Enjoying Okinawa soba while gazing at the sea brightens my mood. The broth has a gentle flavor from bonito and pork, leaving a refreshing aftertaste. The flat noodles are chewy and are generously coated with seaweed, providing a rich aroma. You can change the flavor with pickled ginger, fish powder, and kochujang, so it never gets boring until the end. The sanpin tea is refreshing and pairs well with the meal. The creamy tofu dessert goes perfectly with black syrup and soybean flour, leaving me satisfied even after the meal.
