It is located in a hotel close to the station, creating an easy-to-enter atmosphere. It can be used from morning to night, which is helpful in various situations. The sashimi is fresh, and the simmered dishes and tempura have a gentle flavor. There are several side dishes, all carefully prepared, which is satisfying. I am pleased with the variety of umeshu (plum wine) available, and I can even enjoy hirezake (sake with grilled fish fins). There is a wide range of seating types, and with live piano performances and sushi, I can relax and enjoy my time.
