The fluffy Kansai-style okonomiyaki is characterized by the crispy texture of the pork. It is filled with plenty of cabbage and bean sprouts, and the aroma of aonori is pleasant. The yakisoba has a chewy texture, which pairs well with the mild sauce. You can also enjoy the crunchy texture of the larger-cut vegetables. The fragrant curry-flavored yakisoba is addictive with its sauce, and it goes well with beer. The garlic-infused dish and the beef tendon in oden are tender, while the konjac has a deep flavor.
