Tenzaru soba, assorted mushroom tempura. It seems to be a famous buckwheat noodle shop! The one and only! My dream of the last few years to try delicious soba came true even though I have zero knowledge of soba. It's so good! So this is what it means to be delicious even if you eat it as it is...! That's how I feel. I tried eating soba with the salt that came with the tempura, and it tasted so good (laugh). The sweet potato tempura was sweet and delicious! I had been a non-native who didn't understand the taste of sobayu, but now I felt it was very tasty! I was so excited because it was a proper soba restaurant! The staff at the restaurant was very friendly, smiling, and low-pressure, and their attitude toward customer service is what makes this restaurant a 5.0 on the food log.
