Sendai's first] Japanese chestnut mont blanc with live music, which is extremely difficult to reserve. Autumn limited Weekend only (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) Reservations required 5 copies per day Limited to 10 people per session I watched the video of Kinshi Mont Blanc at a certain pastry store in Kyoto last year with my fingers crossed 🤣. I never thought I'd be able to eat it at a popular pastry store in Ichibancho: ❤️ I saw it on TV and thought "I want to eat it! I wanted to eat it ...... but when I checked the instagram a few days later, I found out that it was super hard to make a reservation ...... and I was in the mode of giving up, but by a miracle, I got a reservation and went there! 🤩 We started all together at the same time as the reservation. They fill up the seats in order of arrival, from the front checkout, and from the back. When the time is up, you will be asked to "squeeze in now" in the order in which you have paid your bill, and the video will be handled perfectly 🥺✨ God willing 🥺. Topping with Japanese chestnuts sliced at the table right after the freshly squeezed cream is completed 🌰. The freshly squeezed marron cream is fluffy and looks 1.5 to 2 times better than a typical Mont Blanc ❤️ Inside the marron cream, there was sponge, meringue and whipped cream. The time at the table is 50 minutes, so you can enjoy the two textures of the crispy meringue and the meringue after a little time, and the deliciousness of the Japanese chestnuts will make your mouth happy 🤤. The service will be available until mid-November, but reservation details for November and beyond are yet to be determined, so be sure to check back with ☆☆☆☆☆!
