The interior has a calm atmosphere, yet it is bustling with customers, and I felt excited the moment I walked in. Even as a solo diner, I was able to enjoy the spacious tatami seating, and the staff's attentiveness was very pleasant. The signature omelette rice had a soft, thin omelette that blended perfectly with the ketchup rice, creating an amazing harmony. The mini soba that came with the set had a smooth texture that glided down my throat, and the aroma of domestic flour wafted pleasantly. The sweet small side dishes, salad, and pickled vegetables were all carefully prepared, bringing happiness with every bite. I am definitely tempted to try the large serving of handmade soba and the grilled yakisoba next time; this place is full of charm.
