The thick noodles are chewy, and the moment you slurp them, the aroma of wheat spreads. The rich soy sauce broth is infused with the umami of the meat, making it irresistibly delicious. The chunks of tender meat provide a satisfying bite, and you can't help but keep reaching for your chopsticks. Adding yuzu pepper halfway through introduces a refreshing spiciness that sharpens the flavor even more. The quick service is a plus, making it easy to stop by even after drinking. The interior is cozy, albeit small, and I ended up staying longer than I intended.
