The freshly baked naan is large and satisfying, and it's fun to watch it being stretched right in front of you. The curry has an authentic flavor and can be adjusted to your preferred spiciness. The keema is delicious and I really like it, and the chicken curry is mild, which was great because I could adjust it to my liking with the hot pepper on the table. The chicken tikka is also very tasty, and the accompanying salad is delicious. The biryani has just the right amount of spices, with larger, tender pieces of chicken inside, and it becomes creamy when you add raita. The momo, which is like steamed dumplings, can be enjoyed with a tangy sauce or on its own, and the chai is fragrant with spices and delicious.
