You can choose the amount of multigrain rice, allowing you to enjoy just the right portion for yourself. The fried chicken is crispy and freshly made, and the umami of the salt koji pairs well with the sweet and sour sauce. The daily special shrimp gratin has a nice bounce to the shrimp, and it includes snap peas and sweet potatoes, which is satisfying. The side dishes like miso soup and okara have a careful homemade feel, and they are packed with vegetables, which is delightful. You can also enjoy desserts and rooibos tea, and since they do not accept reservations and lunch ends when they run out, you can feel its popularity.
