Casual Sicilian Bistro and Craft Beer Bar

Decanter Full Proof is an informal Sicilian bistro and beer bar in Ragusa’s historic center, overlooking Piazza San Giovanni. The kitchen highlights local ingredients in dishes such as caponata, steaks, seafood, and crisp scrocchiarelle, with vegetarian and gluten-free options. Carefully selected beers and well-made cocktails complement the food. Attentive service and outdoor seating create an easygoing, intimate atmosphere.
