Opened in July 2023 in Shin-Koiwa, Touya is a new destination where you can enjoy rich and flavorful Hong Kong dishes. The Cantonese char siu is carefully roasted in an oven, enhancing the pork's umami with the flavors of five-spice powder and honey. In a calm atmosphere, you can fully experience the tastes of Hong Kong.

A short walk from the station leads to a spacious and calm interior, where handwritten Chinese menus line the walls. The service is attentive, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The fried rice, rich in color, is packed with meat and has a bit of green vegetables, with the savory flavor of soy sauce soaking into the rice, making it easy to eat. The pan-fried dumplings have a firm filling and a softer skin, making them easy to enjoy. The shrimp wonton noodles have a delightful chewy filling, and the lettuce complemented the salty broth well. The roasted Cantonese char siu, baked in a kiln, spreads the sweetness of honey and the aroma of five-spice powder, leaving a particularly strong impression with its rich flavor.
