A longstanding specialty restaurant for Mul Dak Galbi, ranked in the top 5 for shochu snacks
Gijol Chopun Mul Duck Galbi is a 20-year-old establishment offering popular dishes from Gangwon Province. The owner is friendly, and the Chijudak and chicken with potatoes are particularly delicious. The soup is authentic and flavorful, pairing excellently with shochu. The finishing fried rice is also highly praised. The new version of chicken galbi is characterized by its acidity and rich soup, making it a perfect accompaniment for drinks. Reservations are only accepted on Fridays and Saturdays, and the dishes include water duck galbi, sour kimchi, chicken, potatoes, wheat cakes, bean sprouts, onions, fried rice, and cheese salad.
